Elect Republicans South Carolina Victory Fund (FEC ID #C00792242) is a political action committee affiliated with Elect Republicans (FEC ID #C00747170). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to this website, its pages and any other web-based or mobile services we operate (the “South Carolina Victory Fund”), and outlines how we collect, use and share your personal information.

- Affiliated committees, partners and vendors: we may share your data with Elect Republicans and its affiliated committees, and with political partners and vendors who assist in the operation of our campaigns, for legitimate operational purposes.
- Data enhancement: we may share certain data fields with trusted partners who already have a record of your information for audience targeting and data enhancement purposes, including digital advertising targeting, data matching and data appending.
- Business transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, your data may be transferred as part of the business assets.
- Legal compliance: we may disclose your information if required by law, to respond to legal requests, or to protect our rights, property and the safety of others.
4. Mobile Data
If you opt in to SMS or other messaging services, we collect and store your mobile phone number. This data will only be used for service-related communication.
No sale of mobile data. In compliance with A2P and 10DLC regulations, your mobile phone number will not be sold, shared or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us at privacy@electrepublicans.org. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
5. Third-Party Services
- Payment processors: contributions are processed by WinRed. WinRed collects payment information directly and is subject to its own privacy policy.
- CRM and data management: we maintain supporter-data systems with industry-standard security controls, with access limited to authorized staff and vendors under written agreement.
- Cloud infrastructure: we use AWS and other cloud service providers for hosting, data storage and infrastructure services.
- Email and communication services: we use email service providers and SMS platforms to send communications. These services may have access to your contact information for delivery purposes.
- Analytics and tracking: we may use analytics platforms to understand website usage and improve our services.
Cookies and Tracking
We or our third-party partners may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with our site for analytics or advertising purposes. This data may be shared with third-party providers in de-identified or aggregated forms. You can opt out of targeted advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
6. Data Ownership and Use
Supporter lists. Any lists of individuals, organizations or entities that engage with us through online or offline activities (for example, donations or petitions) will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We retain ownership of such data, but may share it with our service providers for operational purposes, in accordance with legal requirements.
Joint ownership of new data. Any new data collected through voluntary subscriptions, opt-ins or other means, either through our efforts or those of limited partners, may be jointly owned by Elect Republicans South Carolina Victory Fund and its partners. Mobile data is excluded from this provision and will not be shared or jointly owned in any manner.
7. Compliance with Data Privacy Laws
We are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA) and other relevant state and federal regulations. For Maryland residents, this includes data protection assessments for high-risk processing, protections for minors and sensitive data, and opt-out rights for targeted advertising.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of your personal data; to object to certain processing, including profiling or direct marketing; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and to withdraw your consent at any time, including by opting out of email or SMS. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including SSL encryption for data transmission. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
